We aim to make the shopping experience as easy as possible so you can have a convenient one-stop shop for your local produce. 

Free delivery within the Windhoek area makes your shopping experience as convenient as possible. If you reside outside of Windhoek we will happily deliver your shopping basket at an small additional cost.

How do Deliveries Work?

Padstal Namibia is proud to offer free deliveries within Windhoek. 

Once you place your order online our teams will reach out to the local producers and coordinate dispatching your shopping basket as soon as possible.

Our deliveries can be made to any home or work address in the Windhoek area within business hours, or outside these hours for an additional charge.

For deliveries outside of Windhoek please place your order online and we will contact you to confirm the cost of getting your shopping basket to you. 

What are the Payment Options Available?

Padstal Namibia will be accepting the following payment options:


  • Cash on Delivery​
  • EFT bank transfer

What is The Returns Policy?

Padstal Namibia will accept the return of any products that are damaged or not as specified on our website. Please notify us within 24 hours if there is a problem with any product and provide photo evidence. In order to receive a replacement or refund, the product will need to be returned to our hub within 7 days.

How to Become a Vendor?

Padstal Namibia is open to all Namibian products and produce!
